” Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion: for I will make thine horn iron, and I will make thy hoofs brass: and thou shalt beat in pieces many people: and I will consecrate their gain unto the Lord, and their substance unto the Lord of the whole earth”. (Micah 4:13)
To serve the Lord faithfully, seek his face continually, share his word boldly and to glorify, enjoy, and pursue God and His Kingdom in Christ. With our words and actions, we desire to reach others to live and proclaim the truth of God’s Word in all parts of the world.
As women of God and a part of the Body of Fellowship of Christ, we are committed to humble ourselves before God in prayer, continuously seeking His heart and mind for our role in the fulfillment of His divine purpose. We are committed to fellowship with one another, encouraging and supporting each other, through planned social events. We are committed to prepare God’s women for works of service through discipleship so that the body of Christ may be built up. And we are committed to reach out to each other in Christ’s love, relating to each accordingly, through which the Holy Spirit empowers and uses us in the mission to the world.
The vision of the Men’s Ministry of WPC is to seek personal growth in God. To encourage all men to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ through a time of worship, fellowship, the studying of God’s Word, and prayer. To transform the lives of men through the power of the Holy Spirit and nurture men into fellowship with Christ that empowers them to become the Men of Faith imbued with the Power of God. The Men’s Ministry is based on several core values that is the scriptural foundation of our faith, which is designed to make the Man of God fully equipped to be examples in the home, in the church, on the job, in the community, and ultimately the world. The ministry principles is based on Character, Accountability, Leadership, and Fellowship.
Our mission is to actively engage all men disciples of the WPC in MINISTRY; we believe that through our works and our example, lives will be impacted, burdens lightened and souls transformed; a spiritual conditioning which we believe translates to our everyday lives as husbands, fathers and spiritual heads of our households and family. The Men’s Ministry sponsors movie nights, Super Bowl fellowships, group and intercessory prayer nights amongst other activities throughout the year.
To bring young people to Christ and develop lifelong healthy relationships with God. Also to empower the young people of our community and assure them that they matter in all aspects of our philosophy and to provide them with a space where they are welcomed, heard, and accepted into a spiritual family that will encourage and strengthen them in their quest for life fulfillment.
Word Performance Church youth ministry is engaged in teaching principles of discipleship, studying and applying the Word of God through Ministry, providing outreach opportunities, teaching principles of good stewardship, encouraging one another and celebrating God’s goodness.
Jesus himself cherished children and blessed them, saying, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these” (Mt 19:14).
It is a joy to serve and pray for the next generation. The children’s ministry at WPC will strive to provide all children with a solid spiritual foundation for their future growth and life in Christ. The ministry will focus on learning and applying God’s Word, understanding and accepting Christ’s sacrifice for us, and taking part in prayer, praise, and worship to God. With guidance from the Lord, children will be prepared to be strong believers, effective Christian youth, and future church leaders
As members of a community of faith, WPC’s children are guided on their faith journey by a team of teachers dedicated to meeting each child’s needs. Interactive lessons allow the children to ask questions and express their ideas within the group. Our lessons are taught through kid-friendly activities which include dramatizations, song ministration, art, games, group discussions and stories. We also teach basic Bible skills, memory verses. We treasure our children because “sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him” (Ps. 127:3). The parents of the church are primarily responsible under God to bring up their children in the training and instruction of the Lord. Our role in children’s ministry is to support and encourage the ministry of the parents by faithfully teaching God’s Word and modeling genuine Christianity for the children in our care.
We do opening of branches and churches in Africa. Presently, we have established 5 churches in Ghana, Africa.
“The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” (Luke 4:18-19)
Reach out to the lost souls.
